How can I register?

You can register by sending the booking form (the final page of our programme) by fax: +44 1273 201 360. Alternatively, you can register online at the WORKSHOPS section of our website. We will then contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking and arrange for an invoice to be sent to you if applicable.

Is there a deadline for registering on events?

Our events do not have a specific date deadline for registrations. They are limited a group size, typically 30 for our workshops and 125 for our main conference.

What is included in the booking fee?

The fee includes morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea provided within the hotel complex (all food and drink is included in the workshop fee), and all social festivities like cocktail parties.

Is hotel accommodation included in the booking fee?

The booking fee does not include this.

What are payment terms?

We will post you an invoice for payment to be made by bank transfer or cheque. Alternatively, you can pay by credit card on our website:

What is the cancellation policy?

By completing the booking form you enter an agreement stating that if you cancel by fax or writing within two weeks of an event no refunds shall be given. However, in certain circumstances a credit note maybe issued for future events.

Cancellations prior to the two week deadline will be subject to a fee of 25% of the booking cost.

Where are the events held?

Our events take place at a 5 star hotel in each respective city. You will be informed of the precise venue at least two weeks prior to the event date.

What do I receive at an event?

You will be provided with a file containing the event presentations, as well as supplementary papers and material on arrival. In addition, you will receive a name badge to be kept for the event duration and pen. At certain events you may obtain a relevant directory or book provided by a third party publisher.

Delegates typically work in the following departments: Risk management; Quantitative analysis/research; Financial engineering; Structured products; Capital Markets; Treasury.

Unless stated, you do not require a laptop at our events.
